Rescue Diver course

If you are thinking of taking the Rescue course, it means you are very committed to diving and to safe diving practices, and that makes us very happy: more rescue divers mean greater safety for everyone else.

What you learn in the Rescue course

You learn self-rescue skills and how to prevent and help other divers in different scenarios: tired diver, panicked diver, unconscious diver, lost diver and more. You acquire the skills and protocols to handle these situations, and different combinations of them, with confidence and assertiveness.

Over the three days you gradually improve these skills with plenty of practice and exercises; your instructor evaluates your performance, correcting you and pushing you to do your best.

Requirements

  • Advanced Open Water Diver certification
  • Basic first aid certificate
